Outrageous Indymac / OneWest Mortgage Fraud Case in Arizona

This blog follows the adventures of a brutal battle of a wrongful and criminal foreclosure. I am not alone. 5.2m homeowners have been displaced since 2007 (remember the "stimulation" package?). The banks have paid billions in "fees" to the government for their transgressions.This is a fraction of their profits. Part of these funds are to cover damages suffered by homeowners who had their homes stolen. Most of us will receive $300 and will not get our homes back.

It turns out that I WILL have to pay xx/Kim xxx $9.2K unless I appeal, so I am forced to appeal or pay. Either way, I pay to dare to defend my property.

So, with the CFPB and OCC taking interest in my case, I am going to write to other government officials and the media. Our officials are there to uphold justice and help the People, right? I may be naive thinking it could help put a stop to this madness, but I will regret it if I don't do it.

I will post the letter and people I've copied here later.
